WE DO NOT SELL MARKERS ( MEMORIAL TABLETS)  PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE TO GET THE THE REQUIRED MEASUREMENTS FOR THE GARDEN WHERE YOUR LOVED ONE IS RESTING.  WHEN YOU ARE READY TO DELIVER YOUR MEMORIAL, WE WILL ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT DAY FOR DROP OFF.  MARKER DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  WE MUST HAVE PROPERTY OWNER'S SIGNATURE, SPECIAL CARE AND INSTALLATION FEES PRIOR TO DELIVERY.   WE CAN RECOMMEND SOME LOCAL COMPANIES THAT SELL MARKERS TO ASSIST YOU WITH A SMOOTH PROCESS.

If you come to our memorial park and have a concern regarding your plot, please fill out a comment adjustment form located at the entrance. * BY THE DROP BOX SIGN*

(green office upon entrance at island) and fill out with your name, your concern/ or complaint/ as well as your telephone and address. We have a secure drop box located on the green office building as well for you to drop the concern form into.  We check the drop box during business hours, frequently throughout the day, Monday through Friday.  We encourage families to fill out these forms to help us to attend to your concern in a prompt manner, while in between families.   

IF YOU ARE COMING TO VISIT YOUR LOVED ONE  AND WILL NEED A MAP, PLEASE CALL US A  DAY OR SO IN ADVANCE AND WILL PREPARE YOU A PLOT MAP OF OUR ENTIRE PARK, THE GARDEN WHERE YOUR LOVED ONE IS RESTING, AS WELL AS WE CAN FLAG YOUR SITE FOR YOU, WITH ENOUGH PRE NOTICE.  WE ARE WITH FAMILIES EACH DAY, HOWEVER WE CHECK OUR MESSAGES FREQUENTLY, WHEN ABLE, IN BETWEEN FAMILIES.

DECORATING:   FRESH FLOWERS ONLY PLEASE AS PER OUR FLORAL REGULATIONS, FLOWERS ONLY, ESTABLISHED 1959, IN A REGULATED GROUND VASE.    PLEASE REFER TO OUR MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE LOCATED AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE MEMORIAL PARK. 

FOR HOLIDAYS SUCH AS VALENTINE'S DAY,  EASTER, MOTHER'S DAY, FATHER'S DAY, BIRTHDAY  ( PLEASE CALL US TO LET US KNOW)  MEMORIAL DAY, FLAG DAY, 

 NOVEMBER 2-3 ( Families are welcome on November 2-3 to bring food and picnic with  their loved on on these two days)  and VETERAN'S DAY and DECEMBER 17 THROUGH JANUARY 9, EACH YEAR, WE WILL ASK OUR REMOVAL COMPANY TO REFRAIN FROM REMOVING ITEMS ON THESE HOLIDAYS, SO THAT YOU MAY DECORATE YOUR LOVED ONE'S SITE ( AT YOUR OWN RISK, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT)  AND ALL DECORATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REMOVED BY 6:00 PM ON THE DAY OF SAID HOLIDAY AND FROM 12/17 THROUGH 1/9 ( artificial flowers are permitted from 12/17 through 1/9 of each year, as well as CHRISTMAS TREES,  ALL ITEMS MUST BE  REMOVED BY JANUARY 9,  so that we may resume maintenance the following day, to keep the memorial park maintained as per California State Cemetery Law to maintain cemetery standards.     Our goal is to give you the opportunity to have fun decorating with your loved one on holidays, however again, all items placed are at your own risk, and must be removed by 6:00 pm the day of holiday to avoid them being discarded the following morning by our removal company to resume maintenance.   GOD BLESS YOU.    PEACE BE WITH YOU. 

We provide a large  size canopy and chairs at no charge to your family.  There will be no charge to witness the lowering and backfill, should your family desire to be present for the completion of full interment, if the backhoe is not in use.  If your property choice is next to a LARGE TREE, we may need to place the canopy a bit further away due to the tree.

All services are to be scheduled Monday through Friday from the time window of 9:00 am through 2:00 pm, the latest to be scheduled.  If a Saturday Service is requested, based on availability , there will be an additional $1595.00 added to the contract for a Saturday Service.

PAYMENTS FOR BEFORE NEED ACCOUNTS:  YOU MAY MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO POST OFFICE BOX 900536, PALMDALE, CA 93590, OR USE OUR SECURE DROP BOX LOCATED AT ENTRANCE OF MEMORIAL PARK.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.  NO IN PERSON PAYMENTS FOR BEFORE NEED ACCOUNTS.

WE FERTILIZE TWICE A YEAR AND CULTIVATE THE GRASS FOUR TIMES A YEAR TO KEEP THE GRASS AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE, UP ON THE HILL, IN THE DESERT AND WIND.   OUR GRASS WILL BE DORMANT DURING THE WINTER MONTHS AND CHANGE FROM FLUSH GREEN TO GREEN/ YELLOW, DUE TO DORMANT STATE.   PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS OF OUR GARDENS WHEN THE GRASS IT AWAKE IN THE SPRING/SUMMER/FALL MONTHS.
